Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 21, 22, 27 and 28,
T.4N., RAW., B.M., from which the 1/4 corner common to said Sections 27 and 28,

and the POINT OF BEGINNING;
