CIVIL ENGINEERINGIPLANNINGICADD Additionally, the design includes a 25' wide landscape buffer on the commercial portion of the site, a 35' wide street buffer along Chinden Blvd and Black Cat Rd, and a 20'wide buffer along W.Ramblin Street. A noise abatement wall is provided along residential portion of development along Chinden Blvd. Neighborhood Meeting: A neighborhood meeting was held at Meridian Library's Orchard Park location on June 21, 2023 at 6:00pm. Property owners withing 500 feet of the subdivision boundary were notified of the meeting by mail.An attendance sheet from the meeting is included with our application. The concerns included fencing on the south side of the project, ingress and egress, elementary school serving the project and concerns of loss of view from a neighbor's Fairbourne property.
