Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Section corner common to Sections 21, 22, 27 and 28,
TAN., RAW., B.M., from which the 1/4 corner common to said Sections 27 and 28,
bears South 00029'04" West, 2638.68 feet; thence on the east boundary line of said
Section 28, South 00029'04" West, 360.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing South 00°29'04" West, 412.67 feet to the Northeast corner of
Comptons Subdivision No. 2 as filed in Book 31 of Plats at Pages 1935 and 1936,
records of Ada County, Idaho;
thence North 89017'56" West, 1308.97 feet to the Northwest corner of said
Comptons Subdivision No. 2 coincident with the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1,
Luhr Subdivision as filed in Book 59 of Plats at Pages 5766 and 5767, records of Ada
County, Idaho;
thence on the exterior boundary line of said Luhr Subdivision the following two
(2) courses and distances:

North 89°23'46" West, 628.63 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1
of said Luhr Subdivision;
thence on the west boundary line of said Lot 3, North 00041'50" East, 328.66
feet;
thence leaving said west boundary line, South 89018'10" East, 16.00 feet;
thence North 00°39'27" East, 330.47 feet to the north boundary line of said
Section 28;
