Meeting of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission of September 29, 2023, was
called to order at 11:30 a.m. by Chairman Andrew Seal.
Members Present: Commissioner Andrew Seal, Commissioner Maria Lorcher,
Commissioner Patrick Grace and Commissioner Jared Smith.
Members Absent: Commissioner Nathan Wheeler, Commissioner Enrique Rivera and
Commissioner Mandi Stoddard.

Seal: Good morning. Welcome to the special Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting September 29th, 2023, and at this point I will call the meeting to order and we
will start with roll call.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
Seal: Next item on the agenda is the adoption of the agenda. Can I get a motion to
adopt the agenda as presented?
Smith: So moved.
Lorcher: Second.
Simison: It's been moved and seconded to adopt the agenda as presented. All in favor,
please, say aye. Opposed nay? Motion passes.

0044) by Todd Asin, located at 130 E. Idaho Ave.
Simison: Next item on the agenda is the Consent Agenda and that we have a -- need to
approve the minutes of the September 21 st -- 21 st, 2023, Planning and Zoning

Commission meeting. We also have Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, for the
