WHEREAS, on October 3, 2023 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of a 20-foot by 20-foot water easement located along the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of Gramercy Subdivision No. 1; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That a 20-foot by 20-foot water easement located along the northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of Gramercy Subdivision No. 1, as fully described in Exhibit"A,"is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 17`h day of October, 2023.
