Sonya: The TIS calculated the traffic as follows:  45 townhomes  83 single-family units  272 multi-family units The number of townhomes and single-family units is correct. However, there are 280 multi-family units in the current site plan. The additional (8) multi-family units will generate 6.69 vehicle trips per day. Therefore, the total daily traffic generation at build-out will be 3,014 not the 2,961 listed in the TIS.
