Clerk - This email chain is in regard to the updated CPAM request; please include a copy in the project file.
Staff requested the Applicant send a letter to the neighbors within 500’ of the property to update them on the recent
change to the CPAM request since it differs from that presented at the neighborhood meeting. Staff also requested the
Applicant reach out to the two (2) property owners (i.e. Aldrich’s & Martinez’s) that are not part of this application but
whose properties are included in the CPAM request to ensure they are aware of the requested amendment to the FLUM
that involves their properties.

I talked with Jake Lee today who is the grandson of Donna Aldrich. I explained the change that is being requested to the
Future Land Use Map. He understands what is happening and indicated they are fine with the change “as long as Donna
can continue to live in the house”.
