Per our conversation today, Hawkins would like to request Annexation of 18.30-acres of land with a C-G zoning district;
Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to change the future land use designation on 70.4+/-
acres of land from Mixed Use – Community (MU-C) to Commercial (34.3 acres), Medium Density Residential (20.1 +/-
acres) and Medium-High Density Residential (16+/- acres).
I will provide an updated narrative addressing the points outlined below by early next week.
