6. Resolution No. 23-2049: A resolution establishing the reappointment of Hannah
Scoville to Seat 9 of the Meridian Arts Commission; James Leckie to Seat 8 of the
Meridian Solid Waste Advisory Commission; Hoyoon Song to Seat 4 of the
Meridian Transportation Commission; Elle Hood to Seat 9 of the Parks and

and 74-206(1)(f): To communicate with legal counsel for the public agency to
discuss the legal ramifications of and legal options for pending litigation, or
controversies not yet being litigated but imminently likely to be litigated.
