Attn: City Clerk, Costco’s receiving dock is located on the NW corner of their facility with direct access via Chinden Blvd for either west or eastbound Truck traffic. There should be no reason for any trucks to access Costco eastbound via N Treefarm to W Lost Rapids Dr. Even if they choose to access Costco via the South via W Lost Rapids, there appears to be more turns for the trucks to negotiate to arrive at Costco’s docks. One would think the Chinden entry would be a truckers preferred access anyway. Treefarm to W Lost rapids is already a shortcut between Ten Mile Rd and Chinden so this is already very busy road in both directions, adjacent to many residents. The Costco appeal already generates a tremendous amount of local traffic during normal store hours. Adding truck traffic compounds to this. As a resident of Bainbridge and located just off Treefarm, we believe Costco, at minimum should adhere to and enforce the current agreement. Costco needs to be a good neighbor. Thank you Tom and Pat Rodberg 1
