Tyson,
We have received the City's first round of plan review comments for PAW Subdivision. We have
modified the plans to meet the City's requirements as follows:
1. The north boundary now calls out a standard blow-off rather than a temporary. Please note
the City's detail shows 2"blowoffs, is a 4" actually required here?
2. The existing blow-off is now called out to be removed.
3. The connection to Linder has been removed.
4. Water main lengths are now shown on sheet 5.4.
5. The water main has not been relocated in Twister — placing it on the east will cause an
additional storm drain crossing. Please confirm this is acceptable.
6. The water main in Whirlwind is now shown on the north side of the corridor.
7. The area south of Puff now has a 2nd water connection shown.
Other:
1. The pump station has been removed after coordination w/ NMID. NMID will provide an
irrigation service for the site and PAW will use 1.5"piping around the site. See revised sheet
6.1.

We have received the City's second round of plan review comments for PAW Subdivision. We have
modified the plans to meet the City's requirements as follows:
I. Sheet 5.1 —The northern blowoff is now noted as 4".
2. Sheet 5.1 —The water main in Crosswind now ends in a fire hydrant just past the last service.
3. Sheet 5.2 — The water main in Puff is now shown 4' from lip of gutter. A couple of small
angle points have been added to achieve this as the water main going north is exactly 4' from
lip of gutter. The two roadways do not line up perfectly.
4. Sheet 5.3 —The water main in Twister is now on the east side of the road.
5. Sheet 5.3—The water main in Whirlwind now ends in a hydrant.Hydrants have been adjusted
accordingly.
6. Landscape comment has been forwarded to the landscape architect.

Tyson,
We have received the City's plan review comments for PAW Subdivision. We have modified the
plans to meet the City's requirements as follows:
1. Keynotes for a steel sleeve at the water/gravity irrigation crossing on sheet 5.2 were added.
Please the water stub and gravity irrigation are both existing so having the sleeve extend 10'
beyond the gravity irrigation on the east side wasn't possible without reconstruction of a fire
hydrant line/tee.
2. Streetlights are now numbered extra lights on the frontage were added where specified.
3. Revised drain calculations are included with this submittal for your records,we just had some
minor revisions to public facilities.
