To Whom it May Concern:
This letter is to provide certification for PAW Subdivision that all street finished centerline elevations
are set a minimum of three (3) feet above the highest established groundwater elevations. This
information is based on an Allwest geotechnical report dated 02/22/2021 as well as groundwater
update reports, last dated 09/09/2022. It should be noted that the initial readings from 07/29/2022
have been disregarded in design as the adjacent property was being actively irrigated at the time of
reading.
