RE: Final Plat for PAW Subdivision H-2021--0102
Dear Mayor and Council:
On behalf of Rama Group LLC, please accept this request for Final Plat approval. The lot count for
PAW is; 1 commercial, 2 vertically integrated building lots, 33 single family residential lots and 10
common lots. This subdivision is located northwest corner of N. Linder Rd and W.Ustick Road.
PAW Subdivision is in compliance with the preliminary plat (H-2021-0102) and meets all
requirements of conditions.
PAW Subdivision Final Plat is in conformance with:
1. The approved preliminary plat layout and uses
2. The uses requirements and provisions of the UDC
3. Acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards.
4. Development Agreement applicable to this final plat application:
