1. Public Hearing continued from May 23, 2023 for Promenade Cottages Subdivision
(H-2022-0013) by Steve Arnold, A-Team Consultants, located at 403 E. Fairview
Ave. Approved

A. Request: Rezone approximately 6.819 and 0.326 acres of land from the R-8
and C-G zoning districts to the R-40 (6.61 acres) and C-G (0.535 acres)
zoning districts.
B. Request: Preliminary Plat consisting of 30 single-family residential lots,
5 multi-family lots, 2 commercial lots and 8 common lots on 7.64 acres of
land in the requested R-40 and C-G zoning districts.
C. Request: Conditional Use Permit to construct a 90-unit, multi-family
development on approximately 2.8 acres in the requested R-40 zoning
district.
D. Request: Conditional Use Permit to construct single-family, detached
dwellings on the 10 of the 30 single-family residential lots in the requested
R-40 zoning district.
E. Request: Conditional Use Permit to allow the existing, non-conforming
parking, landscaping and mobile home park to remain as is for an extended
period of time in the C-G and requested R-40 zoning districts.
