Broadway Ave. Ste 102 Meridian ID 83642 Re: Core Building Co. — Lavender Heights Subdivision No. 2 Property Boundary Adjustment— Easement Vacation To Whom It May Concern, On behalf of Core Building Company we are submitting this Easement Vacation application for a portion of the easement on the common lot line between Lots 9 and 11 of Block 9 of Lavender Heights Subdivision No. 2. The purpose of this vacation is to accommodate the Property Boundary Adjustment that was approved by the City under PBA 2022-0027 to adjust the lot line between the 2 lots to allow for property setbacks from the existing homes currently under construction. This vacation is to adjust the easement on Lot 11 to be outside of the existing building footprint. I have included the exhibit of the vacation, legal description for the vacated portion, and letters and responses from the utility entities affected.
