4A2).
· All structures and/or the display of merchandise shall comply with the setback
requirements of the district witllln which it is located (UDC 11-3E-4Bl).
· Temporary structures and merchandise shall be displayed so as not to interfere with the
clear vision triangle. In no case shall items be displayed, or business conducted within the
public right-of-way, lUlless othetwise authorized by the Transportation Authority. -
· A maximum of one (1) structure per location shall be allowed and may cover a maximum
offive-hundred square feet.
· The use shall not result in the construction of any permanent structures that would not
otherwise be permitted subject to the regulations of this Title (UDC 11-3E-4C2).
· Any temporary structures sIlall be portable and completely removed at the end of the
allowed time period (UDC 11-3E-4C3)~
· The applicant shall obtain any necessary building permits (UDC 11-3E-4C4).
· One (1) caretaker unit in a trailer or recreational vehicle may be allowed on the site only
for the purpose of security and maintenance of the site (11-3E-4Dl). Furthermore, the
unit shall be completely removed at the end of the allowed time period (11-3E-4D2).
· AdeqUate off-street parlcing Shall be prOVided to serve the use (UDC 11-3E-4El)~
· The use shall not displace the required off-street parking spaces or loading areas of the
principal permitted uses on the site (11-3E-4E2)~
· TIle entrance and exit drives shall be designed to prevent traffic hazards and nuisances

· All surfaces used for parking at 1555 N. Linder Road shall be constructed vvith paving~
vegetative cover~ or of a dustless material roDe 11-3E-4E4 and 11-3E-5E).
· All signs erected in association with the use shall be in compliance with the regulations
for signs~ Chapter 3 Article D SIGN REQUIREMENTS oft11e Meridian City Municipal
Code (UDC 11-3E-4F).
· Compressors, fans, pumps, and other motorized equipment shall be located or shielded to
reduce noise levels to adjoining properties (11-3E-4G).
· The site shall be retmned to a clean condition after the termination of the use, including
free of debris and garbage (UDC 11-3E-4HI).
· The use shall comply with any guidelines, regulations and permitting process required by
any authorizing public agencies, including but not limited to, the Central District Health
Department, Transportation Authority, and Meridian City Departments. Contact Joe
Silva, the City Fire Marshal, at 888-1234 for Fire Department standards and regulations~
· Comply with all other applicable City Code.
· This approval applies to the Linder Road Church of Christ located at 1555 N.. Linder

We Care Ministry Narrative
The Linder Road Church of Christ would like to set 18 RV units on a gravel lot
on the south side of our existing building~ The units will start arriving on July 20th, with
all 18 on site by July 29th, departing on August 14th & 15th. They will be used only as
living quarters for the owner's, and no large gatherings will take place in this area. We
have at this time supplied this area with temporary power as approved by the City of
Meridian Building Department. We have schedule to have BFI collect garbage from our
facility twice weekly and have appointed an individual to monitor area for cleanliness.
Parking for the occupants of the RV's will be in our paved parking lot.
