Good a?ernoon Josh and Chris, No ?meframe is available for a signal planned at this loca?on. Based on the October 2021 signal warrant analysis completed by the Traffic Engineering department, it was not warranted at that ?me. However, with con?nued development, it is an?cipated a signal may be needed. Thus, the signal may be included in the IFYWP update this cycle (late 2023), but no concrete informa?on one way or another is available. Brandon, I appreciate the response on this. We agree with the changes to the staff report. The neighbors have indicated a desire for a signal at the intersec?on of Us?ck and Venable. I do not see those improvements in the most recently adopted IFYWP. Can you tell me when a signal would go in there? Please take care when clicking links or opening attachments. When in doubt, contact your IT Department Brandon, As a follow up to our conversa?on yesterday regarding the roundabout at the Venable/Us?ck intersec?on; ACHD approved the Summertown Apartments back in 2019 (MER17-0076/A-2019-0118) and recommended that “the MSM be modified to remove the roundabout from the map because the southwest and northeast quadrants of the intersec?on were developed prior to the adop?on of the MSM and did not dedicate right-of-way to allow for the future construc?on of the roundabout.” Addi?onally, the ACHD staff report for Summertown Apartments (a?ached) does not require them to dedicate addi?onal right-of-way for a roundabout. Will you please clarify and/or modify the staff report for our project in regards to the requirement for addi?onal right-of- way for the roundabout? Please let me know if you have any ques?ons.
