Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Jump Creek South Apartments H-2023-0016 Dear Planning & Zoning Commissioners: Respectfully request the City of Meridian’s approval of conditional use for Jump Creek South Apartments. The site is located at northwest corner of Black Cat and McMillan Roads. Jump Creek South Apartments includes eleven (11) buildings for a total of 44 units on 3.29 acres. In the original approval there were 48 units in this location. There is a covered picnic area, with bbq and picnic tables and bike repair station as well as community gardening spaces. Plus the residents have use of other overall amenities of entire Jump Creek development. This site includes a release office which will serve both the 28 units in ( CUP-H-2021-0018 Jump Creek North ) and the 44 unit here in the south. BACKGROUND Jump Creek South Apartments are the final phase of Jump Creek Development which was approved in 2014. The City Council in November of 2014, approved the annexation, preliminary plat and development agreement for Jump Creek development (AZ-14-011, PP-14-013, DA instrument # 2014-105206).
