To whom it may concern,
Intermountain Gas Company has no objection to the vacation of the 5' of utility easements
that are proposed to be vacated on Lots 13 and 21 Block 5 of the Graycliff Estates#2
Subdivision Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. We do not any gas pipe in the easement and
will not have a need for it in the future. Please send me a copy of the final document
vacation the easement for our records. Let me know if you have any questions.
