This is to serve as notification that Boise Project Board of Control and Boise-Kuna Irrigation
District have no opposition to the vacation of the easements in Graycliff Estates Subdivision No. 2,
lots 21 and 13, located in the SE%, and the NE %of the SW%of Section 25,T. 3N., R. 1W., B.M., City
of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho. We have no facilities located there and will have none in the future.
