Dear Planning Staff,
I am requesting a utility easement vacation for one (1) lot within Graycliff Estates No. 2. This Lot
in this application is located at 4469 S Colditz Way and its legal description is Lot 21, Block 5.
Due to the configuration of this flag lot and the platted side utility
s' easement being 10' in width, we have found that this lot does not

adequately fit any of our footprints from our housing collection

from 10' to be reduced to 5' in width. This reduction of 5' will
