Intermountain Gas Company has no objection to the vacation of 30' easement on the
eastside of lot 4 of the Heppers Acre Subdivision. Located in Sec 12, T. 3N., R.1 W.,
Meridian, Ada County Idaho. We do not have any gas in the existing easement and will not
