PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of
Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 23, 2023
at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian
Idaho 83642 to hear the following request(s):
H-2023-0006 Crowley Park Subdivision: Annexation of
1.002 acres of land with an R-8 zoning distict, a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 5 residential building lots (including one ex-
isting home to remain), located at 4135 W. Cherry Ln. Appli-
cant: Riley Planning Services
H-2022-0013 Promenade Cottages Subdivision: Rezone
approximately 6.819 and 0.326 acres of land from the R-8 and
C-G zoning districts to the R-40 (6.61 acres) and C-G (0.535
acres) zoning districts, a Preliminary Plat consisting of 30 sin-
gle-family residential lots, 5 multi-family lots, 2 commercial lots
and 8 common lots on 7.64 acres of land in the R-40 and C-G
zoning districts, a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct a
90 unit, multi-family development on approximately 2.8 acres in
