Applications for Settler's Park Subdivisiona 9-acre, residential/commercial project at the
northwest corner of Ustick Road and Venable Lane (as depicted below and in detail on the back
of this page) will soon be submitted to the City of Meridian. The applications include a
Conditional Use Permit for a 57-unit townhome development in an existing C-C (Community
Commercial) zone and a 4 - lot Combined Preliminary/Final Plat application, subject to City of
Meridian public hearings.
