Prohibited Deliveries and Extended Business Hours:
Uwe are opposed to CostCo changing its"Prohibited Delivery Hours"and"Extended Business Hours".
We feel as residential neighbors in the Cadence Bainbridge subdivision in very close proximity to the CostCo warehouse that we
should maintain the current Development Agreement with a 7 hour Prohibited Delivery"Quiet Hours"period(10pm-5am)in
the evening►vitho Lthe operation of delivery trucks loading or unloading, forklifts, trash compactors, leaf blowers etc. We feel any
adjustments to the Prohibited Deliveries tunes would not allow for sufficient separation of daytime vs nighttime activities(i.e. sleep-
ing)as we feel was intended with the original Development Agreement. We also feel that the Extended Business Hours should be
maintained at the current levels(5am-11pm)for similar reasons.
Inadequate Homeowner Representation:
I/we feel there is currently inadequate homeowner representation for the residential homes that are yet to be built or occupied
within the 500ft radius between the Cadence subdivision and the CostCo loading dock.
Currently the home occupancy rate along the fence line between the Cadence Bainbridge subdivision and CostCo is 0%.
There are 15 lots/homes in the process of being constructed along the fence line, none of these homes are currently occupied.
Within the 500ft radius from the CostCo loading dock the occupancy rate within the Cadence Bainbridge subdivision is approximately
26%(10 of 61 homes).
