1. Submit Articles of Incorporation or other documentation showing Craig Shoemaker is authorized to sign
for Shoemaker Properties, LLC per the application checklist.
R1.Articles of Organization have been uploaded. Please see Shoemaker_Properties_Articles.pdf
2. Submit a public utility plan per the application checklist for new public utility construction.Submit a PDF
copy of the conceptual engineering plans, including pipe sizes and profiles
R2.Please see newly uploaded concept utility plan.
3. Submit an AutoCad file per the application checklist.AutoCad version of the conceptual engineering plans
in a format that complies with the specifications for project Drawings
