Planning Review Notes Stacy Hersh -An Modification to the existing MDA#2016-057450
(H-2016-0004) is required to change the restricted use from
vehicle sales to a AAA dispatch center for mobile services
per UDC 11-4-3-45.
-The site shall not be used as a "vehicle wrecking or junk
yard".
- Hours in the C-G zoning district that abuts a residential use
shall be limited from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. To CUP will be
required to extend the hours of operation.
- Neighborhood meeting required to be conducted prior to
submitting an application anytime between Mon. -Thurs.
from 6;00pm to 8:00pm.
- Posting of the site is required no sooner than 10 days prior
to the scheduled hearing date.
