corner of Section 10 and a found aluminum cap PLS 14221 marking the SW corner of Section 10, both
in Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho.
A parcel of land located in the E1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 10, T. 3 N., R. 1 W., B.M., City of Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at an aluminum cap marking the S1/4 corner of said Section 10;
