Hi Gary,
Planning Staff and internal City departments reviewed the site plan proposed for this development and we’re really not
suppor?ve of the proposed site layout with units fron?ng on Fairview as that street is eventually going to be widened to
7-lanes, which will likely present safety issues, especially with no barrier between the yard area and the street – for this
reason, it will be very difficult for Staff to provide a recommenda?on of approval. I’d highly recommend you consider
some changes to the site design, which might include commercial uses along the frontage of Fairview. At the very least,
if residen?al units are proposed along Fairview, the units should be inward facing but at the same ?me not create a wall
effect along the public street.
What date would you like to con?nue to? We’ll need revised plans at least 15 days prior to the hearing date you choose.

recommenda?ons and will be sending the informa?on to ACHD for considera?on. However, the developer would s?ll
