Springtime Way Meridian, ID 83642 Purpose: Fence Variance Application Dear City of Meridian: I submit for your consideration the following plan to erect a six-foot tall cedar fence. As shown on figure 1, the fence would run along W. Claire Dr. ten feet south of our property line (sixteen feet south of the road) to a point fifty feet east of the property line along N. Springtime Way and south to the house. For this project to be completed I would need relief from the restriction that fences must be 20 feet from the property line. Enclosed you will find a deed for the property, a schematic drawing labeled figure 1, a list of surrounding property owners, and a proposal signed by the Architectural Control Committee of Turtle Creek Subdivision approving the fence plan. Claire Dr. ten feet south of our property line to a point fifty feet east of the property line along N. Springtime Way and then south to the house. For this project to be completed I would need relief from the restriction that fences must be 15 feet from the property line and that they can be no closer to the street than the building setback line.
