labeled PLS 5082, at the Quarter corner common to sections 11 & 12, T.3N., R.I W., B.M.,bears
N 00' 3 F 39"E a distance of 2645.87 feet,thence N 00' 31' 39"E along the section line a distance of
922.75 feet to the REAL POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence N 00' 3 F 39" E along said section line and the centerline of North Linder Road for a distance of
120.00;
Thence S 88' 13' 52"E for a distance of 356.62 feet to the Northeast corner of said lot 4,witnessed by a
set 5/8"iron pin with a 2 inch aluminum cap labeled PLS 11463, which bears S 00' 38' 53"W a
