ORDINANCES \[Action Item\]
3. Ordinance No. 23-2012: An Ordinance (McDermott Village – H-2022-0056)
annexing the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 4
North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly
described in Exhibit “A”; rezoning 40.05 acres of such real property from RUT
(Rural Urban Transition) to R-15 (17.12 acres) (Medium High-Density Residential)
Zoning District, R-40 (15.85 acres) (High-Density Residential) Zoning District, and
C-G (7.08 acres) (General Retail and Service Commercial) Zoning District; directing
city staff to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning
maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the
city of meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this
ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer,
the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law;
repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. Approved

4. Ordinance No. 23-2013: An Ordinance (Franklin Annexation – H-2022-0090)
annexing the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 1 East,
Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in
Exhibit “A”; rezoning 2.53 acres of such real property from R2 (Low Density
Residential Zone) to C-C (Community Business) Zoning District; directing city staff
to alter all applicable use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all
official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the city of
meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this
ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer,
the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law;
repealing conflicting ordinances; and providing an effective date. Approved
