Hi Sonya -
We've had an opportunity to review the Findings of Facts and Conclusions of Law for the Sagarra project. All appears to
be in order.
We have also sent the document out to our Landscape Architect and Civil Engineer for any comments they have. I've
asked if they have any comments they get them to us today.
In respect of your time please consider the document as reviewed with no comments on our side.
In the unlikely event our Landscape Architect and Civil Engineer do have comments I will get them to you no later than
Monday morning.
