I spoke with Tony and Kelly, Tony was able to search the address and the only call for service at that location was during
the time of building. There have been no complaints from the time that Costco has been operational.

Yes, Costco has requested a modification to their Development Agreement, which currently prohibits deliveries from
occurring between the hours of 10:00 pm and 5:00 am to prohibit deliveries from occurring between the hours of 11:00
pm and 3:00 am; and conditional use permit to allow extended business hours of operation from 6:00 am - 11:00 pm to
3:00 am - 11:00 pm.

I will check in with our Public Records Clerks and see what we can find. I believe I will have to place a request to Ada
County Dispatch to get the results in a format that can be released if we find any calls for service. I’m confirming, this
request is for the purpose of a requested change from Costco regarding their delivery or operation hours, as I will need a
reason for the Public Records Request to be submitted?
