I felt that the important issues were not addressed during the planning and zoning hearing. I have talked to Nampa and Meridian irrigation and they seem to be unclear about things as my family is about legal usage of our properties.Because this developer is impacting both of our properties ,I am surprised that the city has not talked to both of us about the pathway going to my private property. What are my rights to use my property. Prior conditions of approval for 1975 that are in place and have not been done and the Violations that have impacted our parcel. Idaho statue needs to be addressed as well as the easement conditions. The easement and drainages plans were never done by 1975 thus preventing irrigation to our parcel. Do these just go away because now they still want to use the easement for other uses and burden our parcel with another road causing us to build another bridge simply for financial gain. There is no financial gain for my less than two acres parcel. The reason it is a weed patch is because of the easement has prevented us from irrigating it. I find it interesting that ada county said it had frontage but now ada county-Meridian city now claims that 1975 doesn’t have frontage. Do the rules change to fit certain property owners. We always knew that things had not been done correctly. When I started to investigate that is when things started to get rough for me. I have questions about the DA required. What is in it? How do I protect my usage of the parcel which I pay the insurance and taxes on which they want to put bollards and heavy chain?? Too many unknowns. I also am concerned about the height of the houses along the eight mile. It was 1975 that complained about the height of the houses in Tuscany but no one seems to be concerned about the impact that will be made on my parcel and my house . I have seen the teakwood development on victory and Cloverdale and the tall houses look out of place I also noticed that parks and recreation didn’t post until after the zoning hearing I will be sending additional concerns at later time Thank you Mary Dechambeau Sent from my iPhone 1
