We live in Alpine Pointe and are VERY concerned about the application for the Delano 3
story apartment complex. This area is already over saturated with 3 story apartments -
enough already! This proposed development is an additional high density development
that will add to the congested traffic on Eagle Road.
Please come up with an alternative, a compromise. For instance, a 55+ development
consisting of 2 story townhouses with a green space would appeal to a more stable
clientele. This would be very desirable with a senior citizen home close by.
The bottom line is instead of Delano slapping up another 3 story apartment complex that will
be an eyesore like the Brickyard, have them come up with a lower density, attractive
alternative.
