Ordinance No. 23-2010: An Ordinance (Turin Plaza H-2022-0063) for Rezone of a parcel of land being all of Lot 2, Block 6, Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 2, in the Ada County Recorder’s Office in Book 86 at Pages 9641-9643, situated in the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, more particularly described in Exhibit “A,” rezoning 1.8 acres of land from R-4 (Medium Low-Density Residential) zoning district to L-O (Limited Office) zoning district in the Meridian City Code; directing city staff to alter all use and area maps as well as the official zoning maps and all official maps depicting the boundaries and the zoning districts of the City of Meridian in accordance with this ordinance; providing that copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Treasurer, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law; and providing an effective date Approved Motion to approve made by Councilwoman Perreault, Seconded by Councilman Hoaglun.
