Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Conditional Use Permit Application, Meridian City Code requires a meeting between the
applicant and neighbors within 500 feet of the subject property.
This is your notice to meet and review the proposed 1005 W Fairview Multifamily project. This is not a public
hearing, and public officials will not be present. If you have questions regarding meeting requirements, please
contact the Meridian City Planning &Zoning Department, 208.884.5533.

Project Description:
This project is located at 1005 W Fairview Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642 (parcels S1107120700) The proposed project
consists of 8.25-acre site, multiple buildings, with an anticipated 150 one-, two- &three-bedroom unit multifamily
development. The project will also include a leasing center & new resident clubhouse with pool and other, to be
determined, amenities. The main objective for the project is to conceptualize and eventually construct a
destination housing development with residential amenities.
Please note: To track attendance and certify that a meeting was held, a sign-in sheet will be managed by the
applicant at this meeting. During the meeting the applicant will gather each participants contact information for
the sign-in sheet. The applicant will submit this sign-in sheet with their application, which will then be used to
notify you of when the application was submitted.
