The project will also include a leasing center & new resident clubhouse with pool and other, to be determined, amenities. The main objective for the project is to conceptualize and eventually construct a destination housing development with residential amenities. Please note: To track attendance and certify that a meeting was held, a sign-in sheet will be managed by the applicant at this meeting. During the meeting the applicant will gather each participants contact information for the sign-in sheet. The applicant will submit this sign-in sheet with their application, which will then be used to notify you of when the application was submitted.
