1 am writing in regard to Artisan Victory Market, noted above, proposed use of S.Titanium Ave as a
thoroughfare to access the development. I am new resident at The Pointe and enjoy the independent
senior living community to date. I have been advised that Artisan Victory Market is a medium high
density, 132 unit multifamily development that desires to use S.Titanium Ave as a thoroughfare to
access main roads and businesses. I am concerned that the additional traffic from the development will
cause safety issues for me and other residents trying to cross S.Titanium Ave daily. The proposed
development at 132 units, over 300 parking spaces and commercial business will add traffic congestion
and distracted drivers. I do not see how extending S.Titanium Ave through our senior living community
will promote smooth traffic flow.
Please find another solution to access Artisan Victory Market in order to assure the safety and wellbeing
of the residents at The Pointe in Meridian.
