Hello Mindy, I am attaching our proposed 4 lot plat subdivision with access off of W. Producer Drive. We have been working with Paramount Homeowners Association to obtain access off of W. Producer, which they have granted. They want limited access with a private drive with only 4 homesites. In our working with ACHD and the City of Meridian,we feel this is the best alternative for developing this property without being allowed access off of N. Meridian Road. My question to you is our Preliminary Plat Submittal requires us to contact you to make sure a traffic impact study or change of use is not required. Our project will have minimal impact for this area and actually help by eliminating access to this property from N. Meridian Road. Please let me know your thoughts and really appreciate your help.
