Producer Drive. Currently the property is 2.17 acres zoned RUT and we are requesting Annexation and Rezoning of the property to R-8. Paramount Subdivision abuts our property which is Zoned R-8. The common driveway proposed for the subdivision will be on a common lot. This property is one of the last RUT parcels in this area and is surrounded by the City of Meridian. P.O. Box 140798 Boise, ID. 83714 208.866.5468 July 22, 2022 Re: Bordeaux Estates Subdivision We are proposing a 4 Lot Development on 2.18 acres located at 5665 N. Meridian Road. In going through the design process working with ACHD and the City of Meridian we had to obtain access from W. Producer Drive in which we obtained an easement from Paramount Homeowners Association for a common driveway. Our approval was predicated upon allowing only 4 homesites, limiting the traffic to W. Producer Drive. In working with Paramount Homeowners Association and with limited access to our proposed development, we feel that our submitted applications work well with Paramount Subdivision. In working with Sonya Allen/ City of Meridian Planning and Zoning Department, we discussed the various options of density. With being restricted to access from W. Producer Drive and not being allowed access off N. Meridian Road, our only option for development is our proposed 4 lot subdivision with a common drive. Lot 4 is subject to a blanket permanent public utilities easement together with a blanket ingress egress easement.
