I would like to register my concerns regarding the proposed plan to add more homes at Victory and Eagle
roads. The existing traffic situation makes it near impossible to exit my neighborhood as it is. What is the
plan to accommodate the additional cars and the severe congestion that already plagues that intersection
and surrounding area? My commute time has DOUBLED in the last year due to traffic issues.
I'm also concerned about the irrigation water situation. Our season last year was cut short by a month
due to lack of water. How can you, in good conscience, add more to a system that is already taxed?
These situations require attention and solutions before taxing these systems with more homes.
