I am writing to oppose the proposed multi-level housing facility called Artisan Victory Market H-2022-0066 on the corner
of Eagle and Victory Road. It is scheduled to go before the planning commission March 2nd. I believe that the complex
itself will cause substantial detriment to the public good and to the neighboring residential community.
This type of proposed development is not sympathetic to the surrounding neighborhood and will devalue residential
property values in the area. The amount of traffic generated by this development will definitely add to an already
congested Eagle Road. If you don’t believe this statement, take a drive on Eagle Road towards Victory at 4:30pm thru
6:30pm and you can see how this road is already strained with traffic. These streets are not able to handle the
additional amount of traffic generated by this development.
