Hello!
I am a resident of the Tuscany subdivision, and would like to express my opposition to the project referenced above. I
do not think it wise to add a high density residential project to Eagle Road. Traffic congestion on Eagle has increased
substantially over the past years--in part due to the construction of numerous subdivisions south of Amity. Our schools
are crowded in this area and the addition of multifamily residences will tax resources that are already strained beyond
comfort and safety. Traffic is often backed up from Overland to Victory in the morning hours.
We have very few services in this part of Meridian and the popularity of Albertson's Market illustrates the need for more
retail and food services on South Eagle. I think the property just north of Victory would be much better designated for
commercial use.
