My Name is Buck Perkins and I live at 2501 E Mores Trail Dr Meridian ID, 83642. I am writing out of concern for the
Artisan Victory Market H-2022-0066 project.
I have a couple concerns to raise, optimistic you will listen to a member of the community this project is certain to
impact. The comments are shared to help you make your decision moving forward.
1. Traffic concerns are the most significant issue I see as dire with the addition of this many apartments being
constructed.
2. We need additional retail opportunities in the South Meridian. Quality of life is the sole reason we live in South
Meridian. Retail opportunities and small business drive growth and tax revenue and allow commerce to
thrive. It also keeps tangible dollars in Meridian verses me spending my money elsewhere.
3. Lastly, there appears to be a conflict/contradiction in the City’s Master Plan as found I the City of Meridian
Website with this project.
I trust you will take my feedback into consideration.
