Hello, I live in the Tuscany subdivision 3026 E Tusa St. I have to get out on the new roundabout and go North on Eagle Rd
towards Victory every day to get to the Freeway. From my home to the freeway is about 1.5 miles and it was taking
about 10 mins on a good day but it is now takes an average of 20 mins and that is depending on if there is any accidents
because many happen on this road now that there is so many cars traveling it. I hear ambulances almost daily on this
road now. The cars are backed up from Victory all the way to Amity during the morning now and people are getting very
frustrated that they cannot even get out of the roundabout.
We now understand that the plan is to possibly put apartments just pass the corner of Victory and Eagle Rd adding 200-
250 more cars, this cannot and should not happen, this road is so over crowded as it is this is just a disaster waiting to
happen.
We also are understanding the project will get free irrigation ?
I think it would be very important for the people making this decision on approving or disapproving these apartments to
actually be out on this road during the morning hours especially and see if this really something they would love to
happen around there own neighborhood.
Please do not add more cars and chaos to this road, you can guarantee more and more wrecks if this happens.
Please disapprove Artisan Victory Market H-2022-0066.
I moved to Meridian as it was a thriving and wonderful community but it is now just becoming another over populated
city with more and more crime every day.
Thank you.
