Please, do not build apartments on victory/eagle. This side of 84 desperately needs more
shopping and food options. Mainly more restaurants. Please reconsider. Also, have you tried
to go north on Eagle in the mornings? Especially right now with cloverdale and locust grove
closed? It’s a complete nightmare. And adding a ton more apartments with hundreds of
more cars is just going to make it even worse. Please reconsider.
