It has been brought to my attention that there is a proposal in place for an apartment
complex on Victory/ Eagle. I am adamantly opposed to this happening due to the
increased traffic it provides.
I purchased my home off of Eagle and Amity 3 years ago. Since then I have watched as my
travel has been significantly impacted by the changes on Eagle by the traffic which at times
makes this barely passable. The accidents and impact to public safety is also huge!
Please reconsider. There are locations off of other locations which would be less than
impactful.
