I am a resident at The Pointe Senior Living Community and enjoy retirement in an independent living cottage . It has come to my attention that the Artisan Victory Market is a 132 unit multifamily development, with requested commercial back in , desires to use Titanium Ave as a thoroughfare to access main roads and businesses . I walk across Titanium Ave from my cottage to The Pointe main building at least 3 times a day for meals, mail and activities . I also require oxygen and use a walker to assist with my mobility . I am concerned that the additional traffic from the development will cause safety issues for me and other residents trying to cross Titanium Ave many times a day . The proposed development at 132 units and commercial business will add traffic congestion , distracted drivers and many who disregard speed limits, cross walks and stop signs . Please deny the Artisan Victory Market request to access Titanium Ave for the development . There must be other solutions available that can assure the safety and well - being for myself and other residents at The Pointe Senior Living Community .
