1 am writing to express concern over Artisan Victory Market proposed use of S . Titanium Ave as a
thoroughfare to access this new development . I am a resident at The Pointe Senior Living Community
and enjoy retirement in an independent apartment . To my knowledge, the Artisan Victory Market is a
132 unit multifamily development that will add commercial business and extend S . Titanium Ave to
access main intersections and businesses . The Pointe is an active community with Residents, their
friends and family walking across S . Titanium Ave many times a day . Many residents have pets and
access our community dog park by walking across S . Titanium Ave . Please note that this is a Senior
Community, residents may experience low vision , loss of hearing or mobility issues that require the use
of canes or walkers . There have been recent deadly accidents in the City of Meridian involving cross
walks, will our residents feel safe walking across S Titanium Ave ? This development has noted they will
provide 300 parking spaces, many drivers are distracted and disregard speed limits and cross walks .
Please deny the Artisan Victory Market request to access S . Titanium Ave for the development . There
must be other solutions available that will allow the residents of The Pointe at Meridian continued
safety in their community .
